Constance joined the Matsock team in 2020. She has 15 years of professional experience focusing on services and solutions to help employer groups stay compliant while providing competitive benefit packages to attract and retain top talent. She specializes in benefit design strategies for all size groups to curb the cost of healthcare for employers and provide financial security to employees. She graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Superior with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Communicating Arts, and Health/Human Performance. She has achieved the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Designation through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, she has achieved the Self-Funding Specialist and PPACA Specialist Certification through the National Association of Health Underwriters. When Constance isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her grandkids, hiking and playing basketball.
